I read on the bus and before I go to sleep, and whenever else I can. If it’s my book, I like to underline it, in pencil or if that doesn’t show up, in pen. If it’s a library book, I tear up pieces of paper to mark my place.
About this blog
These quotes are collected from the books I'm reading. I like to underline passages, revisit them, be reminded of the magic of a writer's words. I live in Perth, Western Australia, with my wife Nicole. My first novel, The Fur, was published in 2004 by Fremantle Press. My favourite authors are Paul Auster and Ian McEwan.
